I had to have the rear bumper repaired on my SUV. From beginning to end, PPB went above and beyond. The estimate process was quick and easy. And, my estimate came in 30% less than the other auto body shop that my husband had our car too! Due to my schedule, PPB allowed me to bring my vehicle at my convenience and provided me transportation after dropping off my vehicle. The work was completed in the time that they promised which was VERY helpful. They took care of me and my vehicle with expert care; from the customer service to the completion of the work. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing an auto body professional, the fortunate part is you can (and should) go to PPB and know that you are getting the best of the best!! Highly Recommend!

PPB Collision is a wonderful family owned business that did an outstanding job on my car. They even fully detailed the inside after the repair and made it feel like new. They have also work on my 90 year old grandmother's car who referred me. She could not stop talking about how the took the time to make sure all her questions were answered, being an older lady. They will become my only body shop!

I have to give PPB Collision 5 stars for the work they did replacing the bumper on my car. The work looks great and I would recommend them to any one. Once the estimate for the damage was accessed they even contacted the car rental service to ensure that the reservation was placed for the time that the vehicle would be dropped off. They were reasonably priced and they didn’t give me the run around or haggle me like so many other places I’d gone to. I have a new car and now have to get the fender fixed so I’ll be heading there then for an estimate and most likely get the work done there too.

Phil's has done work for our family for a long time. Always excellent work. From a near total loss vehicle to dents & dings their work has been awesome. Leo has always been on top of each job and gets the work completed in a timely manner. Our cars are always clean and shiny after the work is completed. 5 Stars for Phil's Shop.

I had dented my passenger side car door and it wouldn't open. While I could live with an unsightly dent, I needed a functioning door. I had gotten a few estimates from a couple of places that were rather exorbitant. But I brought my car here without an appointment and they got it opening and closing again for a very reasonable charge. Highly recommended.

I was rear ended by a texting driver and went to PPB just to get an estimate. Dmitriy at the front desk was so helpful and friendly that I decided to bring my car to PPB for the repairs, which turned out to be a great choice. PPB fixed my car quickly and professionally. When I picked it up it looked great. After the repairs were done PPB completely detailed my vehicle. It looked like a brand new car when I got it back. I know that most shops clean your car up after the repairs, but PPB went above and beyond the usual shop clean up. Dmitriy was helpful throughout the entire process. He arranged my rental car, communicated with the at fault driver's insurance when necessary, and kept my updated on my car's status at all times. Dmitriy pretty much took care of everything for me, but was a big relief. Overall, my experience at PPB was great. I don't write many reviews, but I wanted to spread the word about the quality, customer service, and professionalism at PPB. Car accidents, and the resulting repairs, can be a painful process. Dmitriy and the team at PPB did everything they could to make the process simple and painless. I highly recommend PPB. A big thanks to everyone there!

I was in an accident recently and worried about the repair costs and where to go for a quality repair. I could not recommend PPB more. Leo, the owner, put me at ease from the beginning, explaining to me what needed to be done and why. Additionally, he kept me updated via e-mail throughout the process, and, understanding that I would be without a vehicle for the duration of the repairs,, went ahead and delivered the vehicle to my home when the repairs were finished. The car was returned in tip top shape and was looking shiny and new. The interior had been cleaned from top to bottom. PPB has a lifetime customer with me!

I had the unfortunate circumstance of needing some repairs done to our SUV after a mishap in a parking garage. We ultimately had to have the back bumper and three tail lights replaced on our 2017 vehicle. PPB did beautiful work and you would never even know the damage happened at all! They matched the paint perfectly on the back bumper and even took care of a few unrelated scuff marks on the front bumper at no extra charge to us. We worked with Dimitry and he did an excellent job communicating every step of the way as the work was being done. I would highly recommend PPB for the quality of work and professionalism that was demonstrated to us.

I went here for some front end work on my car after I got into a fender bender. Going here was the best decision. Every aspect was great- from calling to find out hours of operation and if I needed to make an appointment to the estimate to picking up my car-early. The estimate PPB gave me was easy to understand and I was given options. They really took the time to explain things to me. I was told about potential issues that could only be seen once everything was taken apart, so there would be no real surprises. For the first time ever, I left a garage with a very good understanding what was happening.Thankfully, my car had no other issues than what we went over and my car was finished a day earlier than quoted. Highly recommended.
